- To send emails providing information on Services offered by the Foundation.
- To contact users as necessary for maintenance, important notices, etc.

- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the recipient of such information shall not be considered a third party in the following cases:
- Where the Foundation entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
- Where personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business operations due to a merger or other reasons.
- Where personal information is used jointly with a specific person, provided that the individual has been notified in advance of the details.
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
- When an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the Foundation will disclose it to them without delay. However, if disclosure would result in any of the following, the Foundation may not disclose all or part of the information, and if it decides not to disclose the information, the Foundation will notify the individual without delay.
- When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
- When there is a risk of causing significant disruption to the proper implementation of the Foundation's activities.
- If it would violate other laws and regulations.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, the Foundation will not disclose information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- If the personal information held by the Foundation is incorrect, the user may request the Foundation to correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures established by the Foundation.
- If the Foundation receives a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it will correct the personal information without delay.
- If the Foundation makes any corrections, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to make any corrections, etc., it will notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
- If an individual requests that the Foundation suspend or delete the use of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose of use or has been obtained by wrongful means, the Foundation will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
- If the Foundation determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Foundation will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
- If the Foundation suspends use, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to, it will notify the user without delay.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. would involve a large amount of expenses or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, such alternative measures will be taken.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise specified by law or other provisions within this policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Foundation, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
